We offer the ultimate flexibility to make your event perfect. We work with a variety of recommended caterers and are happy to provide options, but you are also completely welcome to bring your own catering and beverages if you prefer.
What is the capacity of the function room, and what is included in the hire?
Our flexible event space can comfortably accommodate up to 90 seated guests (ideal for business seminars or formal dinners) or up to 120 guests for a cocktail-style celebration. The venue features a carpeted indoor area with a dance floor, a new movable bar, TV monitors, whiteboards, and sliding glass bi-fold doors that open directly onto a balcony overlooking Rose Bay.
How do Sailing Birthday parties work, and what is the cost?
Our unique, action-packed Sailing Birthday Parties start at $70 per child with a minimum of 6 children and an additional $70 for each extra child.
This fee includes 1.5 hours of fully supervised, thrill-seeking water activities (such as group sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and powerboat rides). The package also includes the use of our canteen and balcony area, giving parents a front-row seat to relax while the kids enjoy the harbour.
Are there any additional fees for cleaning or security?
Because every event is unique, the requirements for cleaning and security will depend on the size and style of your function. For certain larger events or evening celebrations, the club may require you to cover the cost of external security guards and professional cleaning.
