About This Event

Are you a WSC junior member who enjoys sailing and wants to develop your skills, confidence and experience while earning money?

Woollahra Sailing Club is inviting young sailors aged 12 and over to join our Assistant Instructor Pathway Program.

Assistant Instructors work alongside experienced Instructors to help deliver our dinghy and windsurfing programs. This is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Develop leadership, communication and coaching skills
  • Gain experience working with younger sailors
  • Support WSC’s sailing programs and community
  • Earn income during school holidays and selected weekends
  • Work towards future instructor qualifications

Join our information sessions to learn more about the role, expectations, training and next steps.
