Whether you are an elite racer wanting to support our championship fleets, an activity-seeking parent helping run junior regattas, or a social sailor or paddler looking to connect with a passionate local community, every hand on deck makes a real difference.
Open to Everyone
To set you up for success, we provide hands-on training and support during the winter off-season. It is a fantastic, pressure-free opportunity to build your confidence on the water, master valuable maritime skills, and deeply connect with the vibrant Rose Bay community.
We also know that life is busy, which is why our volunteer commitments are completely flexible. Lend a hand just once a season, a few times a year, or make it a regular weekend routine, there is a place for you here. Ultimately, our volunteers love the chance to give back to the sport, support our promising Youth Academy, and share in the rewarding feeling of bringing successful community events to life.
