Wharf maintenance

Transport for NSW is carrying out maintenance work at Rose Bay Wharf from Monday 31 August 2026. 

The wharf will be closed during this work until December 2026 and passengers will need to use the old wharf, located 30m to the south. Please note that the old wharf is not fully accessible for passengers with wheelchairs and prams and they should consider alternative modes of transport.

Passengers should also continue to tap on and off at the existing Opal readers.

We expect to complete work and then reopen the wharf in December 2026. There will be no changes to services or the timetable.
