68th Woollahra Sailing Club AGM
The Board of Woollahra Sailing Club is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2026 will take place at 7 PM on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026. The meeting will be held in the Function Room at The Woollahra Sailing Club. As per Club constitution, there is no registration requirement for member attendance. Doors open from 6:30 PM.

Members will receive the necessary financial statements, notices of motions, nominations, and proxy forms no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026.

Participation Requirements
In order to participate in the election of directors or the AGM you must be a current fully paid up financial Ordinary Member of the Club. Ordinary Members are Sailing Members (including honorary Sailing Members) and Life Members. “Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be Elected Directors and such Member must have been an Ordinary Member for at least the previous 36 months.”
